This little weir is on the outflow channel from the billabong, usually to stop all the water running out. This water is from the river, running back in to the billabong.

ReplyDeleteHey Swannie! It's apparently pretty good, the locals are keeping an eye out, although I think the water need to go down a bit first. I do remember seeing after the first flood, when the water got quite low again, the pelicans all standing around the rock pools watching ....
